Service Description
What to Expect: During your 30-minute appointment, we’ll review your items for style, condition, and resale potential. While we assess, feel free to browse the shop! At the end of your appointment window, we’ll go over what we’re able to purchase and make an offer on the spot—either for cash or store credit (store credit is 40% more than cash). Please bring up to 30 items in new or like-new condition, that are in season, clean, and ready to resell. We’re especially interested in pieces from the brands and designers listed on our website, so be sure to check there before booking! We do not accept drop-offs or hold items for later review. All evaluations and offers are completed during your scheduled appointment. Items dropped off without an appointment will be donated. Please note: - Items must be clean, in good condition, and brought in a reusable tote (no trash bags, please). - Limit of 30 items per appointment. - Appointments are required to ensure time for review & processing of any accepted items. - Please arrive at your scheduled time, any early or late arrivals will be rejected to ensure our teams ability to maintain our schedule. - If you need to reschedule, please reply to the confirmation email with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
This appointment is free of charge, but our time is limited and dedicated to reviewing your items personally. If you can no longer make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may not be eligible to book future appointments. We appreciate your consideration!
