🎟️ Raffle Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

This raffle is open to legal residents of Texas, aged 18 or older. Employees of Daly Finds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate.  Participants must also be following @DALYFINDS on Instagram at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win.

2. Raffle Period

Entries will be accepted from July 12, 2025 at 10am through August 15, 2025 at 8pm (local time). Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Receive one (1) raffle entry for every $40 spent, or three (3) raffle entries for every $100 spent in-store at Daly Finds, located at 12300 Interstate 10 W, Building 2, San Antonio, TX  78230, during the raffle period.

• There is no limit to the number of entries per person based on qualifying purchases.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
A pre-loved authentic Louis Vuitton Alma PM in Damier Ebene handbag, retail value $2,000." or a $500 Daly Finds store credit gift card.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 16, 2025 from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Daly Finds the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in-store, on social media, and other marketing materials without further compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Daly Finds, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of the prize.

10. General Conditions

Daly Finds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the raffle. Void where prohibited by law.
